How to record udhaar (credit)
Sell on credit and keep track of what each customer owes you.
Udhaar means selling now and getting paid later. Ezvento keeps a running balance for every customer.
- 1While billing, add the customer by name or phone number.
- 2Choose Udhaar as the payment method and complete the bill.
- 3The amount is added to the customer's outstanding balance.
- 4When they pay, open Outstanding and record the payment.
Send a friendly payment reminder on WhatsApp from the customer's page.
Set a credit limit for each customer so udhaar does not grow too large.
