Reports & dashboard
See how your shop is doing — sales, dues, stock, and GST — at a glance.
Ezvento turns your day's billing into clear numbers, so you always know where the shop stands.
Your dashboard (the home screen)
When you sign in, the dashboard shows the things that matter today:
- Today's sales, number of bills, new customers, and low-stock items — as simple cards.
- Quick action tiles for what you do most: Sell, Udhaar, Add goods, Reports. (A cashier sees only the ones they need — Sell and Udhaar.)
- Alert banners for things that need attention.
- Further down: your recent sales, top-selling items, loyalty, and low-stock lists.
What each person sees is filtered by their role — a cashier's home is simpler than an owner's.
Reports (menu: Business → "Reports")
The Reports page gives you the deeper views, each with a download (CSV or Excel):
- Sales — what you sold, over a period you choose.
- GST — HSN-wise tax summary, and the GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B return files (see GST & tax for how to file them).
- Inventory — your stock position.
- Outstanding — who owes you, aged into buckets (the same as Dues).
Most reports let you pick the date range and then export the numbers to open in Excel or share with your accountant.
A note on the deeper reports
Ezvento also has some extra reports for owners who want them — like profitability by category, comparing shops, and a purchase-vs-received check. These aren't in the main menu yet; if you'd find them useful, ask and we can point you to them.
