Settings
Set up your shop the way you want — receipts, language, loyalty, printers, and more.
Settings is where you make Ezvento fit your shop. You'll find it in the Business part of the menu. Most of these are owner/manager screens.
Account
Your business identity — shop name, logo, GSTIN / PAN / FSSAI, and address. Also your default language (all 9) and how many days before low-stock or expiry Ezvento should warn you.
Receipts
How your bill looks — invoice number prefix, decimal places, rounding, and your own header, footer, and logo on the printed receipt.
GST
Your GST filing units (UQC) — the units your items are reported in on returns. It flags items that would be filed under a generic unit so you can set the right one. (Adding your GST registrations for different states is also here — see Multiple shops & states.)
Loyalty
Turn loyalty points on or off, and set the rates — points earned per ₹100 spent, the ₹ value of each point, and the minimum points a customer needs before they can redeem.
Notifications
Your email alerts (and which ones), how often payment reminders go out, and your WhatsApp provider and API key (needed if you want WhatsApp reminders to send automatically).
Payment methods
Your shop's UPI ID (VPA) and which payment types you accept. (A PhonePe option shows "Coming soon" — POS payments today are recorded by reference, not charged through Ezvento.)
Printers
Add your thermal printers (USB or network), set the paper width, and choose whether to auto-print, auto-cut, and open the cash drawer. There's a test print button.
Security
Turn on 2FA for extra login safety, set the Manager PIN (used to approve cashier actions), and see the devices currently signed in.
Subscription / Billing
Your plan. Ezvento is currently free — the page shows the free "Basic" plan. ("Pricing will be introduced later, with 60 days' notice.")
Audit log & Email logs
- Audit log — a trail of important actions taken in your shop.
- Email logs — a record of emails Ezvento sent (invoices, reminders) and whether they reached the customer.
Integrations
A status board of connected services (email is connected; some others show "Coming soon").
Your own profile (outside Settings)
Your personal name and phone, changing your password, and setting your 4-digit POS PIN (the one that unlocks the billing counter). Find it under your name/avatar, not in Settings.
Change your language any time from Settings → Account, or the picker at the top of the screen. Ezvento speaks English, हिंदी, தமிழ், తెలుగు, ಕನ್ನಡ, മലയാളം, मराठी, ગુજરાતી, and বাংলা.
